Mr. Md. Abul Khair is a seasoned insurance professional with over 31 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in underwriting, risk management, reinsurance, and insurance operations, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the organizations he has served.

He obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IBAIS University, further strengthening his knowledge and leadership capabilities in business and financial management.

Prior to joining South Asia Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Khair served in three renowned insurance companies, where he held various responsible positions and gained valuable experience in diverse aspects of the insurance business. His long-standing industry exposure has enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance operations, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Khair has successfully completed specialized professional training courses on Fire, Marine, Motor, and Miscellaneous Insurance conducted by the Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA). In addition, he completed the Comprehensive Course on Reinsurance Management from the Bangladesh Insurance Academy (BIA), enhancing his expertise in risk transfer mechanisms and reinsurance practices.
