Ms. Nahida Sultana is a dynamic and accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the corporate sector. She was elected as the Chairman of South Asia Insurance Company Limited at the 116th meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 12, 2023.

She is actively involved with several prominent business enterprises, including Thermax Textile Mills Limited, Adury Apparels Limited, Thermax Blended Yarn Limited, Sister Denim Composite Limited, Thermax Colour Cotton Limited, and Sister Denim Composite (Unit-2) Limited. She also serves as a Trustee Member of the Mazid Molla Foundation.

In addition, Ms. Sultana represents Thermax Melange Spinning Mills Limited as a Director on the Board of South Asia Insurance Company Limited.

Beyond her business engagements, she is closely associated with various social welfare and philanthropic activities in Narsingdi District and across Bangladesh.
